The Hoggard Vikings lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the host North Brunswick Scorpions to 0 in the Vikings league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host West Brunswick for a Mideastern challenge on Tuesday, March 25.

With the loss, North Brunswick falls to 4-5 on the year. The Scorpions travel to Topsail (Hampstead, NC) to clash with the Pirates in a Mideastern challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Pirates go into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Topsail won 10-8 in their recent league challenge against New Hanover (Wilmington, NC)
