The Bobcats (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Murphy (Murphy, NC). The Bulldogs enter the Smoky Mountain 1A battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Murphy Union County (Blairsville, GA), 0-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Yellowjackets confront the Towns County Indians (Hiawassee, GA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 24. Hayesville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 4-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lake Oconee Academy (Greensboro, GA).
