The Starks Panthers softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Johnson Bayou Rebels to 0 in the Panthers league win on Thursday.
The Panthers now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hackberry for a C District 4 battle on Friday, March 21. Starks will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 15-2 non-league win over Gueydan (Gueydan, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Johnson Bayou moves to 0-4 on the season. The Rebels host Hackberry (Hackberry, LA) to confront the Mustangs in a C District 4 battle on Tuesday, March 25. The Mustangs come into the battle with a record of 3-5.
