In Thursday's league test, the Starks Panthers (Starks, LA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Johnson Bayou Rebels (Cameron, LA), by a tally of 7-0.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Lake Charles College Prep Trailblazers (Lake Charles, LA) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 31. Starks will attempt to advance on its 10-2 season record.

The Rebels (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Singer (Singer, LA). The Hornets go into the C District 4 test with a 3-11 record. In their last test, Singer nipped South Cameron (Creole, LA), 15-5, in a league battle.
