California High School Baseball - Highland wallops Foothill

The Highland Scots baseball team scored 15 runs and held the host Foothill Trojans to 4 in the Scots non-league win on Friday.

The Scots now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host San Luis Obispo for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 25. Highland will play a Tigers team coming off a 7-6 league win over Paso Robles (Paso Robles, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-4.

With the defeat, Foothill drops to 4-4 on the year. The Trojans host Independence (Bakersfield, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 24. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 2-6. Independence won 22-1 in their recent non-league outing against Del Oro (Bakersfield, CA)
