The Cobras now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain Empire for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 23. Chula Vista Learning Community Charter will battle a Redhawks squad coming off a 42-30 league win over Liberty Charter (Lemon Grove, CA). The Redhawks record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, El Cajon Valley falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA) to battle the Monarchs in a Grossmont Valley challenge on Tuesday, March 29. The Monarchs enter the challenge with a record of 8-6. Monte Vista lost 8-3 in their recent non-league challenge against San Ysidro (San Diego, CA)
