The Chula Vista Learning Community Charter Cobras softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting El Cajon Valley Braves to 12 in the Cobras non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Chula Vista Learning Community Charter moves its record to 3-5 on the year. The Cobras travel to King-Chavez Community (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Vaqueros in a Patriot game on Friday, April 15. The Vaqueros come into the game with a record of 0-2. King-Chavez Community lost 7-0 in their recent non-league game against Calvary Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA)

In their next game, the Braves clash with the West Hills Wolf Pack (Santee, CA) in a Grossmont Valley game, on Thursday, April 21. El Cajon Valley will attempt to move on its 0-11 season record.
