The Lee Volunteers baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Madison Mavericks to 3 in the Volunteers league victory on Tuesday.
The Volunteers (6-9) will now prepare for their match against Johnson (San Antonio, TX). The Jaguars go into the 6A Region IV District 28 match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Johnson edged Clark (San Antonio, TX), 7-2, in a league match.
The Mavericks (4-9) will now prepare for their match against Taft (San Antonio, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league match with a 1-16 record.
