North Carolina High School Softball - East Rowan bounces Lake Norman Charter

The East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) softball routed the host Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), 15-2 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Mustangs (7-2) will now prepare for their bout against Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Vikings enter the South Piedmont 3A challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Central Cabarrus beat South Rowan (China Grove, NC), 9-0, in a league challenge.
With the loss, Lake Norman Charter falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 22. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 3-3. Lincoln Charter won 18-3 in their recent league challenge against Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC)
