North Carolina High School Softball - East Rowan bounces Lake Norman Charter

March 9, 2023: Salisbury, NC 28146

The East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) softball routed the visiting Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), 11-2 in Thursday's league bout.

The Mustangs (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Concord (Concord, NC). The Spiders go into the South Piedmont 3A bout with a 0-3 record. In their last bout, Concord was routed by Salisbury (Salisbury, NC), 25-8, in a non-league bout.

The Knights now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Central Cabarrus for a South Piedmont 3A bout on Tuesday, March 14. Lake Norman Charter will confront a Vikings squad coming off a 16-3 non-league win over West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 3-1.
