The Kenedy Lions softball team (Kenedy, TX), was routed 11-1 in Tuesday's league test with the host Port Aransas Marlins (Port Aransas, TX)

Coming up next, the Marlins encounter the Yorktown Wildcats (Yorktown, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 31 test, on Friday, March 24. Port Aransas will attempt to improve on its 11-12 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-12 record after their 12-5 league loss to Skidmore-Tynan (Skidmore, TX).

The Lions (2-11) will now prepare for their test against Three Rivers (Three Rivers, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 2A Region IV District 31 test with a 21-2 record. In their last test, Three Rivers overcame Refugio (Refugio, TX), 4-2, in a league test.
