The Kenedy Lions softball team (Kenedy, TX), was routed 11-3 in Friday's league test with the visiting Port Aransas Marlins (Port Aransas, TX)

Coming up next, the Marlins encounter the Yorktown Wildcats (Yorktown, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 31 test, on Tuesday, April 18. Port Aransas will attempt to improve on its 16-14 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-18 record after their 15-0 league loss to Skidmore-Tynan (Skidmore, TX).

The Lions (4-15) will now prepare for their test against Three Rivers (Three Rivers, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 2A Region IV District 31 test with a 26-3 record. In their last test, Three Rivers was routed by Refugio (Refugio, TX), 10-3, in a league test.
