The West Point Pointers (West Point, VA) softball the host Lancaster Red Devils (Lancaster, VA), 16-13 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Pointers (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Northumberland (Heathsville, VA). The Indians go into the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Northumberland was routed by Mathews (Mathews, VA), 12-0, in a non-league bout.

The Red Devils now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Middlesex for a non-league bout on Friday, March 24. Lancaster will confront a Chargers squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Essex (Tappahannock, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 2-1.
