Virginia High School Softball - Smithfield bounces Tabb

The Smithfield Packers routed the host Tabb Tigers softball squad by a final score of 13-2 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Packers (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Wildcats go into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Great Bridge notched a victory over Landstown (Virginia Beach, VA), 19-0, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers now possess a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lafayette for a Bay Rivers battle on Friday, March 24. Tabb will confront a Rams squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to Bruton (Williamsburg, VA). The Rams record now stands at 0-4.
