The Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) baseball trounced the host Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC), 15-2 in Thursday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Bears play the Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) in a United Eight 3A/4A contest, on Tuesday, March 26. Gray's Creek will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Colts enter the contest with a 9-3 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Lee County (Sanford, NC).

The Buccaneers now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Hoke County for a non-league contest on Monday, March 25. Jack Britt will play a Bucks squad coming off a 15-5 league loss to Richmond (Rockingham, NC). The Bucks record now stands at 0-10.
