Kentucky High School Baseball - Monroe County loses to Russell County

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Russell County Lakers baseball team scored a nice 17-6 victory over the Monroe County Falcons.

The Lakers (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Wayne County (Monticello, KY). The Cardinals go into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Wayne County overcame Somerset (Somerset, KY), 6-5, in a non-league game.

The Falcons (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Glasgow (Glasgow, KY). The Scotties go into the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Glasgow overcame Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY), 7-3, in a non-league game.
