North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Hickory drops to Asheville

In Thursday's league test, the host Asheville Cougars lacrosse squad scored a good 12-3 victory over the Hickory Red Tornadoes.

The Cougars now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Watauga for a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills test on Tuesday, March 26. Asheville will encounter a Pioneers team coming off a 12-3 league win over Patton (Morganton, NC). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-5.

The Red Tornadoes (3-4) will now prepare for their game against St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Indians go into the NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills game with a 2-4 record.
