In Thursday's league outing, the host East Rowan Mustangs softball team scored a nice 9-0 win over the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans.

Coming up next, the Mustangs encounter the Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A outing, on Tuesday, March 26. East Rowan will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record.

The Trojans (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Falcons enter the South Piedmont 3A outing with a 4-4 record.
