The Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) baseball the visiting South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC), 5-0 in Friday's league challenge.

The Colts now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Gray's Creek for a United Eight 3A/4A challenge on Tuesday, March 25. Cape Fear will clash with a Bears team coming off a 8-1 league win over Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 6-5.

With the defeat, South View drops to 5-6 on the year. The Tigers travel to Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC) to clash with the Buccaneers in a United Eight 3A/4A challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Buccaneers go into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Jack Britt lost 8-1 in their recent league challenge against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC)
