In Friday's league match, the visiting Lexington Wildcats softball team scored a nice 13-0 win over the Chapin Eagles.

The Wildcats (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC). The Silver Foxes come into the AAAAA Region 4 match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Dutch Fork notched a victory over White Knoll (Lexington, SC), 13-12, in a league match.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the River Bluff Gators (Lexington, SC) in a AAAAA Region 4 match, on Tuesday, March 25. Chapin will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Gators come into the match with a 3-5 record after their 13-3 league win over Irmo (Columbia, SC).
