In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Corinth Holders Pirates baseball team scored a nice 13-1 victory over the Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs.
The Pirates (8-0) will now prepare for their game against Broughton (Raleigh, NC). The Capitals go into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Broughton was overwhelmed by Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 5-3, in a non-league game.
The Bulldogs (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Cleveland (Clayton, NC). The Rams go into the Greater Neuse River 4A game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Cleveland was overwhelmed by Clayton (Clayton, NC), 7-1, in a league game.
