West Virginia High School Softball - Buckhannon-Upshur bounces Preston

The Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers (Buckhannon, WV) softball routed the host Preston Knights (Kingwood, WV), 10-4 in Friday's league bout.

The Buccaneers (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV). The Monarchs go into the non-league bout with a 1-0 record.

The Knights now possess a 0-3 record. They play next when they host University for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 26. Preston will confront a Hawks squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Allegany (Cumberland, MD). The Hawks record now stands at 5-1.
