In Thursday's league battle, the host Crosstown Explorers soccer squad scored a close 4-0 win over the Memphis East Mustangs.
The Explorers (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Germantown (Germantown, TN). The Red Devils go into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Germantown nipped St. Benedict at Auburndale (Cordova, TN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Compass - Midtown (Memphis, TN). The go into the 1A District 15 battle with a 0-1 record.
