The Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) soccer overwhelmed the host Orange Panthers (Hillsborough, NC), 6-0 in Monday's league challenge.
The Warriors now hold a 8-0 record. They play next when they host Eastern Alamance for a Central 3A challenge on Wednesday, March 26. Western Alamance will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 6-0.
With the loss, Orange moves to 4-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to Williams (Burlington, NC) to encounter the Bulldogs in a Central 3A challenge on Wednesday, March 26. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Williams lost 1-0 in their recent league challenge against Southern Alamance (Graham, NC)
