Florida High School Lacrosse - Venice overwhelms Saint Stephen's Episcopal

In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Venice Indians lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-7 triumph over the Saint Stephen's Episcopal Falcons.
The Indians (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Sunlake (Land O' Lakes, FL). The Seahawks go into the non-league contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Sunlake was overwhelmed by Berkeley Prep (Tampa, FL), 13-6, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Falcons meet the Admiral Farragut BlueJackets (St. Petersburg, FL) in a 1A D11 contest, on Thursday, March 27. Saint Stephen's Episcopal will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record. The BlueJackets go into the contest with a 6-5 record after their 14-3 non-league win over Boca Ciega (Gulfport, FL).
