Georgia High School Baseball - Lanier can't hold off Winder-Barrow

In Friday's league game, the host Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Lanier Longhorns.
The Bulldoggs (10-7) will now prepare for their game against Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA). The Raiders go into the AAAAAA Region 8 game with a 5-13 record. In their last game, Habersham Central was edged by Madison County (Danielsville, GA), 10-3, in a non-league game.
The Longhorns (8-11) will now prepare for their game against Shiloh (Snellville, GA). The Generals go into the AAAAAA Region 8 game with a 6-8 record. In their last game, Shiloh tipped Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA), 9-0, in a league game.
