The Bel Air Highlanders softball team (El Paso, TX), was routed 12-7 in Friday's league test with the host Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX)

Coming up next, the Matadors clash with the Hanks Knights (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 2 test, on Tuesday, March 29. Parkland will attempt to improve on its 13-10 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 24-3 record after their 12-1 league win over Canutillo (Canutillo, TX).

The Highlanders (5-18) will now prepare for their test against Hanks (El Paso, TX). The Knights come into the 5A Region I District 2 test with a 25-3 record. In their last test, Hanks edged Parkland (El Paso, TX), 12-0, in a league test.
