The Ashe County Huskies softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Hibriten Panthers to 3 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Ashe County moves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Huskies host South Caldwell (Hudson, NC) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league game on Thursday, March 28. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 1-1. South Caldwell lost 5-1 in their recent non-league game against Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC)
