The Stockdale Brahmas baseball squad (Stockdale, TX), was overwhelmed 8-4 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Poth Pirates (Poth, TX)

With the triumph, Poth moves its record to 13-4 on the season. The Pirates travel to Luling (Luling, TX) to confront the Eagles in a 3A Region IV District 26 contest on Friday, March 28. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 1-12. Luling lost 5-3 in their recent league contest against Nixon-Smiley (Nixon, TX)

The Brahmas now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Goliad for a 3A Region IV District 26 contest on Friday, March 28. Stockdale will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 7-6 league win over Karnes City (Karnes City, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 8-7.
