Kentucky High School Softball - Bowling Green succumbs to Allen County-Scottsville

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Allen County-Scottsville Patriots (Scottsville, KY) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bowling Green Purples (Bowling Green, KY), by a tally of 17-2.

Next, the Patriots clash with the Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, KY) in a District 15 test, on Thursday, March 27. Allen County-Scottsville will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record. The Scotties go into the test with a 0-6 record after their 10-0 league loss to Barren County (Glasgow, KY).

The Purples (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Owensboro (Owensboro, KY). The Red Devils go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Owensboro prevailed over Union County (Morganfield, KY), 13-12, in a non-league test.
