The Williams Bulldogs (Burlington, NC) soccer nipped the visiting Orange Panthers (Hillsborough, NC), 5-4 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Bulldogs now hold a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern Alamance for a Central 3A challenge on Monday, March 31. Williams will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 6-1 league loss to Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Orange moves to 4-5 on the year. The Panthers host Southern Alamance (Graham, NC) to encounter the Patriots in a Central 3A challenge on Monday, April 7. The Patriots go into the challenge with a record of 8-2.
