In Wednesday's league test, the Lackey Chargers (Indian Head, MD) softball squad overwhelmed the host St. Charles (Waldorf, MD), by a tally of 18-4.

Next, the Chargers meet the Leonardtown Raiders (Leonardtown, MD) in a Southern Maryland test, on Friday, March 28. Lackey will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Raiders go into the test with a 4-0 record after their 7-6 league win over Northern (Owings, MD).

The (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Thomas Stone (Waldorf, MD). The Cougars go into the Southern Maryland test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Thomas Stone was routed by Chopticon (Morganza, MD), 17-0, in a league test.
