With the win, Western Alamance moves its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Person (Roxboro, NC) to battle the Rockets in a Central 3A bout on Monday, April 3. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Person lost 10-0 in their recent league bout against Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC)

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Rockingham County Cougars (Wentworth, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 29. Williams will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 6-0 record after their 9-0 league win over Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC).
