The Vikings now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Holly Springs for a non-league outing on Friday, March 28. Hoggard will face a Golden Hawks squad coming off a 19-5 league win over Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 10-1.

With the loss, Laney falls to 4-2 on the year. The Buccaneers host New Hanover (Wilmington, NC) to face the Wildcats in a Mideastern outing on Tuesday, April 1. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 7-1. New Hanover won 12-11 in their recent league outing against Ashley (Wilmington, NC)
