Texas High School Baseball - SA Roosevelt loses to LEE

In Friday's league bout, the LEE Volunteers (San Antonio, TX) baseball squad overwhelmed the host SA Roosevelt Rough Riders (San Antonio, TX), by a score of 18-0.

Next up, the Volunteers encounter the Laredo LBJ Wolves (Laredo, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 28. LEE will attempt to advance on its 8-9 season record. The Wolves enter the bout with a 8-11 record after their 5-1 league loss to Eagle Pass (Eagle Pass, TX).

The Rough Riders (2-14) will now prepare for their bout against Churchill (San Antonio, TX). The Chargers go into the 6A Region IV District 27 challenge with a 10-12 record. In their last challenge, Churchill thwarted Brandeis (San Antonio, TX), 2-0, in a league challenge.
