The University Trojans topped the visiting Irvine Vaqueros volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's league test.
The Trojans now have a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beckman for a Pacific Coast test on Tuesday, March 29. University will confront a Patriots team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Upland (Upland, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 26-2.
The Vaqueros (7-15) will now prepare for their test against Northwood (Irvine, CA). The Timberwolves enter the Pacific Coast test with a 9-11 record. In their last test, Northwood was knocked off by Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
