In Monday's league test, the visiting J.H. Rose Rampants lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-8 victory over the Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs.
The Rampants now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Jacksonville for a Big East test on Wednesday, March 30. J.H. Rose will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 17-3 league win over Havelock (Havelock, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-4.
In their next game, the Monarchs face the New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC) in a Big East test, on Wednesday, March 30. Northside - Jacksonville will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Bears come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 16-5 non-league loss to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC).
