North Carolina High School Baseball - New Hanover tipped by Topsail

March 28, 2023: Wilmington, NC 28401

The Topsail Pirates the host New Hanover Wildcats baseball team by a count of 3-1 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Pirates now possess a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ashley for a Mideastern 3A/4A bout on Friday, March 31. Topsail will face a Screaming Eagle team coming off a 2-1 league win over Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The Screaming Eagle record now stands at 7-5.

Next, the Wildcats face the West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) in a Mideastern 3A/4A bout, on Friday, March 31. New Hanover will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 6-6 record after their 5-3 league win over North Brunswick (Leland, NC).
