The Alexander Bulldogs (Laredo, TX) baseball the visiting Medina Valley Panthers (Castroville, TX), 3-0 in Friday's league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 14-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eagle Pass for a 6A Region IV District 30 challenge on Tuesday, April 1. Alexander will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 13-5 league win over Laredo LBJ (Laredo, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 12-7.
With the defeat, Medina Valley drops to 10-7 on the year. The Panthers travel to United (Laredo, TX) to clash with the Longhorns in a 6A Region IV District 30 challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Longhorns go into the challenge with a record of 12-8. United won 5-1 in their recent league challenge against Del Rio (Del Rio, TX)
