The Providence Christian Academy Storm baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Commerce Tigers to 0 in the Storm league win on Friday.
The Storm now own a 15-5 record. They take the field next when they host Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy for a A D1 Region 8 test on Tuesday, April 1. Providence Christian Academy will clash with a team coming off a 14-6 league loss to Rabun County (Tiger, GA). The record now stands at 7-13.
With the defeat, Commerce drops to 3-17 on the year. The Tigers host Athens Academy (Athens, GA) to clash with the Spartans in a A D1 Region 8 test on Tuesday, April 1. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 7-12. Athens Academy lost 6-5 in their recent league test against Banks County (Homer, GA)
