The Randleman Tigers triumphed over the host Southwestern Randolph Cougars baseball squad by a score of 11-4 in Friday's league outing.
Next up, the Tigers battle the Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles (Asheboro, NC) in a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A outing, on Tuesday, April 1. Randleman will attempt to advance on its 9-2 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 6-6 record after their 5-1 league win over Trinity (Trinity, NC).
The Cougars (5-7) will now prepare for their match against Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC). The Wildcats come into the Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A match with a 7-5 record. In their last match, Eastern Randolph got by Wheatmore (Trinity, NC), 7-6, in a league match.
