The Forsyth Country Day Furies soccer squad scored 9 points and held the host High Point Christian Academy Cougars to 0 in the Furies league victory on Friday.
The Furies now hold a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Greensboro Day School for a NCISAA Piedmont bout on Tuesday, April 1. Forsyth Country Day will play a Bengals squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC). The Bengals record now stands at 2-9.
With the loss, High Point Christian Academy moves to 4-7 on the year. The Cougars travel to Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC) to play the Eagles in a NCISAA Piedmont bout on Monday, March 31. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Caldwell Academy lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC)
