The Richland Royals softball squad (North Richland Hills, TX), was edged 3-2 in Friday's league contest with the host Argyle Eagles (Argyle, TX)

With the triumph, Argyle improves its record to 13-11 on the year. The Eagles travel to Grapevine (Grapevine, TX) to face the Mustangs in a 5A Region I District 7 contest on Tuesday, April 1. The Mustangs enter the contest with a record of 12-9. Grapevine won 9-2 in their recent league contest against Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX)
