The Charleston Catholic Irish baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Greater Beckley Christian Crusaders to 3 in the Irish league victory on Tuesday.
The Irish (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Wahama (Mason, WV). The White Falcons go into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Wahama tipped Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV), 9-4, in a non-league match.
The Crusaders (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Mount View (Welch, WV). The Golden Knights go into the Coalfield AA match with a 0-3 record.
