The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 6-3. Lake Norman won 14-3 in their recent league test against Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC)

With the defeat, Independence falls to 4-8 on the season. The Patriots travel to Providence (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Panthers in a Southwestern 4A test on Friday, April 1. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 11-0. Providence won 7-1 in their recent non-league test against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC)
