California High School Softball - Anzar thwarted by Marina

The Anzar Hawks softball team (San Juan Bautista, CA), was routed 18-5 in Tuesday's league test with the visiting Marina Mariners (Marina, CA)

Coming up next, the Mariners encounter the Pajaro Valley Grizzlies (Watsonville, CA) in a PCAL - Santa Lucia test, on Thursday, March 31. Marina will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Grizzlies come into the test with a 0-4 record after their 26-8 league loss to Trinity Christian (Monterey, CA).

The Hawks (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Seaside (Seaside, CA). The Spartans come into the PCAL - Santa Lucia test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Seaside overcame Marina (Marina, CA), 16-15, in a league test.
