In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Hondo Owls softball team scored a close 9-8 win over the Devine Warhorses.

Coming up next, the Owls encounter the Pleasanton Eagles (Pleasanton, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 29 outing, on Friday, April 1. Hondo will attempt to improve on its 14-9 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 11-4 record after their 15-1 league loss to Somerset (Somerset, TX).
