The East Rowan Mustangs softball team (Salisbury, NC), was routed 8-1 in Tuesday's league test with the visiting West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC)

Coming up next, the Falcons clash with the Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A test, on Friday, April 1. West Rowan will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 5-6 record after their 9-1 league win over South Rowan (China Grove, NC).

The Mustangs (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Gray Stone Day edged Robinson (Concord, NC), 6-5, in a league test.
