California High School Volleyball - De Anza can't hold off El Cerrito

In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting El Cerrito Gauchos volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the De Anza Dons.
The Gauchos (13-4) will now prepare for their battle against Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA). The Spartans come into the battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Pinole Valley nudged De Anza (El Sobrante, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Dons encounter the Kennedy Eagles (Richmond, CA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 11. De Anza will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Albany (Albany, CA).
