The Sweetwater Red Devils (National City, CA) softball routed the host Montgomery Aztecs (San Diego, CA), 8-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Red Devils now sport a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hilltop for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 9.

With the loss, Montgomery moves to 9-4 on the season. The Aztecs host Mar Vista (Imperial Beach, CA) to encounter the Mariners in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 1. The Mariners come into the outing with a record of 2-8. Mar Vista lost 13-3 in their recent non-league outing against Point Loma (San Diego, CA)
